We will not be taking any game meat in from November 20th - Dec. 2nd. And then again from December 14th Until after the 1st of the year. After the first you can bring it in frozen. But it still must be clean and cut into fist size pieces or smaller. We also will stop taking in meat April 1st - August 31st.
All Sausage priced on finished weight (except jerky) 10 lb. Minimum (ALL prices are on finished weight except jerky) We do NOT package any smoked sausages.
All meat must be boneless, clean and cut into chunks no bigger then your fist. During the months of October-December all meat must be thawed.
All fresh Sausage doubles in weight. You are charged on finished weight. All bulk sausages 5 lb. Minimum. All cased sausage 10 lb. Minimum
